I grew up watching startups fail. My mother was a Silicon Valley engineer through the 90s and 2000s. Seven startups, all failed. They had great products, wrong assumptions about how people would actually use them.

I see the same thing in health tech today. Products built too far from clinical reality.

I'm a full time cardiologist at a community hospital. In my spare time, I advise health tech and AI companies on how to make their products more useful to physicians.
